BLACK VENERE RICE WITH FJORD NORWEGIAN SALMON

Cook the rice, drain it and transfer it into a large bowl. Season it with a little oil and let it cool. Cut the salmon ingot into little strips. Peel the cucumbers and dice them. Coarsely chop the rocket and transfer everything into a bowl with the rice. Season with oil, lemon juice and salt, if necessary.
