Cupola di salmone affumicato a caldo

Ingredienti (per 4 persone)

  • Salmone affumicato¬†400gr
  • Pomodorini 6/7
  • Limone 1
  • Olio di oliva q.b.
  • Sale q.b.

Preparazione

Tagliare il salmone in pezzi non troppo piccoli, condire con olio, sale e limone. Comporre il piatto mettendo al centro il salmone a cupola. Guarnire con pomodori, fette di limone e servire.
